Collective Member Rules

You must be at least 18 years old with a valid California Drivers License or valid California ID in order to become a Collective member.

Your ID is required for each delivery; please have your ID available for presentation upon delivery arrival.

You must have a currently valid doctor's recommendation for medical marijuana. Recommendations must be verified by the Collective before delivery. Please have it available for presentation upon delivery arrival.

It is your own responsibility to know and follow all laws, guidelines and workplace compliance regulations.

No cell phones or cameras are allowed at any time during delivery.

Please be discrete with your medication. Respect the rights of others.

Keep away from children at all times.

Use of medical marijuana while driving may result in charges of driving under the influence. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery while using medical marijuana.

Respect and show courtesy towards all staff and Collective members.

You may not sell, redistribute or share your medicine with others.
